Q: Why didn’t I receive an Order Confirmation email?
If you don’t receive your order confirmation within a few minutes after purchase, please check your Spam or Junk folder in case it was filtered there.
If it’s not there either, feel free to contact our Customer Service at Info@embroed.com — we’ll help you right away.
Q: Are the colors on the site accurate?
We do our best to ensure that all product photos are true to color. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to different monitor settings or lighting conditions.

Q: How much does delivery cost?
Delivery (15–25 business days) is FREE for any order over $70 (before tax).
Q: How do I track my order?
To check your order status, simply log in to your Embroed.com account and go to My Orders.
Select your order number to view details. You’ll also receive a delivery confirmation email within 7 days once your shipment is on its way.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t shipped yet.
Please contact Info@embroed.com as soon as possible.
If your order has already been picked up for shipping, a restocking or delivery fee may apply.
Q: Can I change the item, color, or pattern after placing an order?
If you’d like to make a change, please reach out to Info@embroed.com immediately.
Our orders ship quickly — if your item hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll gladly update it.
Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery time includes two parts:
Processing time: 3–5 business days (order verification, quality check, and packaging).
Shipping time: Usually 10–20 business days depending on your location.
Most orders are shipped via trusted global carriers. Please note that shipping time may occasionally vary due to customs or logistics delays.
Q: What if I receive the wrong item or my order is incomplete?
If your order arrives incorrect or incomplete, please contact Info@embroed.com — we’ll fix it immediately.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact Info@embroed.com within 30 days.
We’ll arrange a replacement or a partial refund based on your situation.
Q: Can I return an item if I simply don’t like it?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if you’re not fully satisfied.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Non-returnable items include:
– Custom-made or personalized products
– Items not in their original condition
Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process the refund within 3–5 business days.
It may take an additional 5–15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for the credit to appear on your account.
If it hasn’t appeared after that time, please contact your issuing bank first.
