SHIPPING DELAYS

Shipping time estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. In some cases, delays may occur due to invalid addresses, customs processing, or local delivery issues.

Note: If tracking updates are not visible right away, don’t worry — there may be up to a 24-hour delay before the carrier’s first scan appears after leaving our transfer point.

 

All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange and import/ customs fee's for international shipments. We are not liable for any extra charges by the post office, Shipping fees are non-refundable.
