Return Policy

At Embroed, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. We're sorry if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please Contact Us to get in touch with our customer service team and describe the items you want to return and the reason for your return.


PLEASE NOTE

  • Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of the original order.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all articles intact.
  • We do not accept returns via cash on delivery. If received, the return will be rejected.
  • Final sale items, promotions, coupons, and freebies are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Once a package has been packed or shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. Please ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

RETURN POLICY

Embroed's Responsibility:

If you received the incorrect or defective order, our customer service will review the return request and send further instructions if the return is approved. Our team will bear the freight charges for the return of the goods.

Customer's Responsibility:

Please note, customers are fully responsible for selecting the right product during checkout. If you choose the wrong item or size, you can return the item for a refund (product price only) or exchange. In this case, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse).

The refund or exchange will be processed once the warehouse receives the returned items.


RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS

  1. Step 1: Request a return or exchange by contacting our after-sales customer service at Info@embroed.com.
  2. Step 2: Provide the order number and your email address. Our customer service team will contact you.
  3. Step 3: We will authorize your return and send you our return shipping address.
  4. Step 4: Prepare your package and pack your merchandise and all its contents (including box and dust bags) securely.
  5. Step 5: Deliver your package. Be sure to get a receipt and tracking code for your parcel online.

REFUND

Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days upon receiving your return at the warehouse. If you have not received your refund within two weeks, please contact us at Info@embroed.com.

The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
