2-Year Limited Warranty

Embroed Inc provides a 2-Year Limited Warranty for eligible sauna products purchased directly from Embroed.

This warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Coverage may vary by product and component.

Warranty Period

The warranty begins on the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser.

What Is Covered

The warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects affecting the structural components and workmanship of the sauna under normal residential use.

Where applicable, eligible heating or electrical components are covered according to the applicable manufacturer warranty and product-specific terms.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation or assembly

  • Damage caused by improper electrical installation

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic changes resulting from normal use or exposure to weather

  • Damage caused by improper maintenance

  • Damage caused by moving or transporting the product after delivery

  • Damage resulting from extreme environmental conditions outside normal intended use

  • Consumable or replaceable items unless otherwise specified
