Pricing

The displayed "From" price represents the lowest available configuration for this product. Selecting a different size, heater, material, finish, or accessory may change the final price.

📋 PRODUCTION & SHIPPING POLICY

This product is crafted specifically for you under our "Made to Order" model. We do not keep bulk stock – every order triggers a new production run.

🔹 Order Confirmation
Your order will be confirmed and sent to our workshop within 1 business day.

🔹 Production Timeline
Production takes 30-35 business days from the date of payment clearance. This includes material sourcing, craftsmanship, and quality inspection. (Weekends and public holidays are not counted.)

🔹 Shipping & Delivery (Ocean Freight + Trucking)
Once production is complete, your order will be shipped via ocean freight to the destination port. The total transit time from our factory to your final address is estimated at 25-35 days, which includes:
- Ocean freight (main voyage)
- Inland trucking (from the port to your delivery address)

After the vessel arrives at the destination port, we will update your order with a new tracking number for the trucking carrier, so you can monitor the final leg of the journey.

🔹 Total Lead Time
From the day you place your order to the day it arrives at your door, please allow approximately 60 days.

⚠️ Important Notes
- This is a custom-order item. Once production has started, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for non-quality reasons.
- If you need the item by a strict deadline, please contact us before ordering to check if we can accommodate your schedule.
- We will keep you updated on major milestones, including production completion and vessel departure. For the ocean freight portion, tracking information may be limited until the ship reaches port – we will notify you once the trucking tracking number becomes available.

Selected electric sauna heaters are UL certified for applicable electrical safety requirements.

The certification applies to the specified heater/electrical component. Please refer to the product specifications for the exact heater model and electrical requirements.

Electrical installation must be completed by a qualified electrician in accordance with applicable local requirements.
